Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, and here's the best bit... it's 100% free no matter where you live when you spend over $35. As part of ourĀ ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where ourĀ products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, butĀ every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed onĀ Sterling Dragon are subject to a 1-3 business day processing windowĀ prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.

Shipping Disclaimers:
- Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, weĀ cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
- Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior toĀ completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be deliveredĀ due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have controlĀ over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommendĀ opening a claim with the shipping courier.
- Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your trackingĀ is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggestĀ contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
- Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmationĀ email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers mayĀ take up to 48 hours to validate.
- Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover returnĀ shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from yourĀ refund.
- Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from ourĀ international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
- Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees areĀ non-refundable.
Return Policy
Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on allĀ products that haven't been used and are in the same original packaging that you received.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issueĀ a return label via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a trackingĀ number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received theĀ returned order.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returnedĀ order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending onĀ your bank
